If you’re using Hostinger and your website got disconnected or you’re getting the following message, then follow this document.
Step #1
Disable Hostingers CDN feature. This is a great feature to have, but it unfortunately interferes with AIWM and it’s connection.
Step #2
Reconnect your website by simply saving it in your AIWM dashboard.
- Go to “Connected Sites”.
- Click on your website.
- Click on “Edit” button in upper right corner.
- Scroll to bottom and click on save (You may have to give it 24 hours before saving)
It should then automatically reconnect.
If it does not reconnect, submit a ticket using the error code given on that page.
